Premie Insight, Inc.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 2026   |   Contact: PremieInsight@gmail.com

Applies to: Premie PA Insight  |  Neonatal Study Buddy (Neonatal Study Buddy / NSB)

Premie Insight, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information across all websites, platforms, applications, and services operated by Premie Insight, Inc., including Premie PA Insight and Neonatal Study Buddy ("NSB"). By using any of our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to: (1) Premie PA Insight — career mentorship, professional development, consulting, and educational services for healthcare professionals; and (2) Neonatal Study Buddy (NSB) — an AI-powered web-based clinical education platform for neonatal clinicians and trainees.

Where practices differ materially between the two platforms, this Policy notes those differences explicitly.

1.  Who We Are

Premie Insight, Inc. is a New York S-Corporation operating two educational brands:

•       Premie PA Insight — mentorship, consulting, career development resources, webinars, newsletters, and professional development programming for healthcare professionals (NP, PA, and related clinicians).

•       Neonatal Study Buddy (NSB) — an AI-assisted, web-based clinical education platform delivering case-based learning, physiology instruction, MCQ practice, and real-time tutoring for neonatal clinicians and trainees.

For all privacy inquiries, data requests, and legal notices: PremieInsight@gmail.com

2.  Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on which service you are using. The following sections describe collection practices across all platforms.

2.2  Information Collected Automatically

When you access our websites or applications, we may automatically collect:

•       IP address

•       Browser type and version

•       Device type and operating system

•       Pages visited, features accessed, and time spent on platform

•       Referring URLs and exit pages

•       Session duration and interaction patterns

•       Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

This information is used for platform analytics, security monitoring, and improving user experience. It is not used to identify individual users in marketing contexts.

2.3  AI Interaction Data (Neonatal Study Buddy)

Important — NSB AI Data Disclosure

When you use the AI-powered features of Neonatal Study Buddy, your inputs — including prompts, educational responses, follow-up questions, case submissions, and interactions with AI learning modules — are transmitted to a third-party large language model (LLM) provider to generate educational responses.

These inputs are processed by our LLM provider in accordance with that provider's applicable privacy and data processing terms.

Do not enter patient information, PHI, real clinical case data, or any personally identifiable information into AI-powered features.

AI interaction data may be logged by us for up to 12 months to improve platform quality, educational reliability, and AI response accuracy. Logs do not contain PHI and are not used for purposes unrelated to educational platform improvement.

2.4  What We Do Not Collect

•       Protected Health Information (PHI) or real patient clinical data

•       Patient identifiers, medical record numbers, or clinical case data from real patients

•       Biometric data

•       Precise geolocation data

•       Government-issued identification numbers or Social Security numbers

•       Sensitive financial account information (handled entirely by Stripe)

PHI Prohibition

Neonatal Study Buddy is an educational platform. It is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA and is not designed to receive, store, or process protected health information.

Users must not enter real patient data into any platform feature. Any PHI inadvertently submitted is not treated as HIPAA-protected and will be handled as general user content subject to deletion upon notice to PremieInsight@gmail.com.

3.5  Future & Evolving Platform Features

Premie Insight, Inc. is actively developing new platform features and content offerings. Planned expansions include:

•       Community discussion forums and blog features allowing registered users to post, comment, and engage with clinical content and peer discussions

•       Purchasable neonatal clinical education courses

Most of these features do not introduce new categories of personal data collection beyond what is already described in this Policy (account information, payment metadata, usage analytics, and email communications). Where a new feature does involve a materially new data practice — such as publicly visible user-generated content in community forums — this Policy will be updated and registered users notified before those features become active. See Section 15 for the full data practices that will apply to community and user-generated content features when launched.

4.  How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third-party advertisers. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1  Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our business. These providers are permitted to process data only as necessary to provide their contracted services:

•       Payment processing (Stripe — PCI-compliant)

•       AI/LLM API provider (processes educational prompts for NSB — see Section 2.3)

•       Email marketing and newsletter delivery providers

•       Scheduling and calendar platforms (Premie PA Insight)

•       Analytics providers (non-identifying usage data)

•       Customer support tools

All service providers are subject to appropriate data protection obligations consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

4.2  Institutional & Organizational Partners (NSB)

Where users access NSB through an educational institution, training program, university, or healthcare organization, limited educational analytics may be shared with authorized program administrators. Such analytics are limited to:

•       Learning activity metrics and module completion rates

•       Topic performance trends and educational engagement statistics

•       Aggregate program-level educational outcomes

Institutional partners do not receive access to private AI conversations, personal login credentials, billing information, or individual user account data beyond what is described above. Users will be notified at account creation when their account is associated with an institutional arrangement.

4.3  Legal Disclosures

We may disclose personal information when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the Company.

4.4  Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets involving Premie Insight, Inc., personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users via email and/or prominent notice on our website before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.  Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

Account Data

Personal account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

AI Interaction Logs (NSB)

AI interaction logs are retained for up to 12 months for platform quality improvement purposes. Users may request earlier deletion by contacting us at PremieInsight@gmail.com.

Consultation & Communications Data

Communications and consultation intake information submitted through Premie PA Insight are retained for the duration of the service relationship and up to 3 years thereafter, unless earlier deletion is requested.

Payment Metadata

Transaction metadata is retained as required by applicable financial regulations and tax law, typically 7 years.

Analytics Data

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

6.  Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including:

•       Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)

•       Secure password hashing — we never store plaintext passwords

•       NY SHIELD Act–compliant administrative and technical safeguards

•       Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel

•       PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers

•       Secure third-party cloud hosting infrastructure

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we are committed to protecting your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

7.  Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our websites and applications use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

•       Strictly necessary cookies: maintaining login sessions and platform functionality

•       Preference cookies: remembering user settings and preferences

•       Analytics cookies: understanding how users interact with our platform (non-identifying)

We do not use tracking cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising or third-party ad targeting.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect your ability to log in or use certain platform features. Our preference for cookie consent banners is to default to privacy-preserving settings.

9.  Third-Party Links & Services

Our websites and platforms may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or security of external websites.

Our services are designed for adults and professional learners. Premie Insight, Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use our platforms.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under the age of 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us at PremieInsight@gmail.com.

Our minimum age requirement of 18 eliminates our obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which applies to platforms collecting information from children under 13.

15.  Community Features & User-Generated Content

Activation Status

This section governs community discussion forums, blog commenting, and user-generated content features. These features are not yet live. This section will become fully operative upon launch of community features, at which time registered users will be notified by email. Until then, it is published here to provide advance transparency about intended data practices.

15.1  What Community Features Include

When active, community features may include:

•       Community discussion forums for registered users to post, reply, and engage with neonatal clinical topics

•       Blog commenting on monthly curated article reviews and clinical content posts

•       Podcast episode discussion threads and listener comments

•       User profile displays associated with community participation (display name, professional role if provided)

15.2  Visibility of User-Generated Content

Content you submit to community features — including forum posts, blog comments, and discussion replies — may be visible to other registered users of the platform. Depending on platform configuration, some content may be visible to the general public (non-registered visitors).

You are responsible for the content you choose to submit to community features. Do not post patient information, PHI, personally identifiable information about third parties, or any content that violates our Terms of Service. Community content is subject to our moderation policies.

When you participate in community features, your display name and professional role (if provided) will be associated with your contributions and visible to other users. You should not use your full legal name as a display name if you wish to limit identification. We will provide display name controls during community feature setup.

15.3  Data Collection in Community Features

In addition to the information described in Section 2, community features may involve collection of:

•       User-generated content (posts, comments, replies) and the dates and times they were submitted

•       Display name and optional professional profile information associated with community contributions

•       Content interaction data (likes, saves, or engagement with posts) where applicable

•       Moderation records, including reports submitted by users and any moderation actions taken on an account

15.4  Retention & Deletion of Community Content

User-generated content submitted to community features is retained for as long as the associated discussion thread or content remains active on the platform. When you delete your account:

•       Your account profile and personal information will be removed within 30 days

•       Your posts and comments may be anonymized (display name removed and replaced with “[Deleted User]”) rather than deleted, in order to preserve the integrity and continuity of discussion threads to which other users have contributed

•       If you wish to request deletion of specific content you submitted prior to account deletion, please contact us at PremieInsight@gmail.com

Moderation records are retained for up to 3 years to support platform integrity and to document repeated policy violations.

15.5  Content Moderation

Premie Insight, Inc. reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Moderation decisions may involve:

•       Removal of content that contains PHI, patient data, or personally identifiable information about third parties

•       Removal of content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful

•       Temporary suspension or permanent termination of accounts that repeatedly violate community standards

Moderation is conducted by authorized Premie Insight, Inc. staff. We do not use automated content moderation systems that make final moderation decisions without human review.

15.6  Intellectual Property in Community Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to community features. By submitting content, you grant Premie Insight, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content within the platform and in connection with the promotion of our educational services (such as featuring a discussion excerpt in a newsletter or social media post). We will not sell your content to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to our educational mission without your consent.

Do not submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. This includes copyrighted text, images, or materials from third-party sources without appropriate permission or fair use justification. Content reported as infringing will be reviewed and may be removed in accordance with our DMCA policy (see Terms of Service).

15.7  Clinical Content Disclaimer for Community Features

Important Notice

Content posted by community members represents the views and opinions of individual users and does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or the official position of Premie Insight, Inc. Community discussions are for educational and professional exchange purposes only. Users must not post real patient information, case details that could identify a patient, or content that could be construed as clinical direction for a specific patient scenario. All clinical information encountered in community discussions must be independently verified before application in professional practice.
