Use of this App is at your own discretion and for learning purposes only.

Users must independently verify any clinical information before applying it in real-world medical practice.

All cases, simulations, and explanations within Neonatal Study Buddy are educational simulations designed to support clinical reasoning practice. These scenarios may not represent real patients and should not be interpreted as clinical guidance or medical directives.

PRIVACY POLICY

Educational Platform & Patient Data

Neonatal Study Buddy is an educational learning platform. The Service does not collect, store, or process patient health information (PHI) or identifiable clinical data.

Users must not enter patient information, medical record numbers, identifiable clinical cases, or other protected health information into the platform.

• Patient identifiers

Premie Insight does not store credit card numbers.

Organizational Accounts

Some users may access Neonatal Study Buddy through an educational institution, training program, university, employer, or healthcare organization that provides access to the platform.

In these cases:

• User accounts may be associated with the participating organization
• Limited educational usage information may be available to authorized program administrators

• educational engagement statistics

Organizations do not receive access to private conversations, personal login credentials, or billing information, unless explicitly provided by the user.

Educational analytics shared with institutions are limited to training-related metrics only.

Organizations providing access to the Service are responsible for ensuring that their users comply with applicable privacy regulations and institutional policies regarding the entry of sensitive or protected information into educational software systems.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions may include paid tiers of access.

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Premie Insight does not store credit card numbers

Institutional Access

Access to Neonatal Study Buddy may also be provided through institutional or program-level licensing agreements with:

• universities
• healthcare institutions
• training programs
• professional organizations

Users accessing the platform through such arrangements may have their accounts associated with the sponsoring organization.

Institutional participation does not grant organizations access to private user conversations, account credentials, or personal billing information.

Institutions may receive limited educational analytics related to training progress as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated explanations may contain errors
• Content may not always reflect the most current medical guidelines
• AI responses are generated automatically and may vary
• Users must independently verify critical clinical information

The platform is intended solely for educational support and reasoning practice.

Intellectual Property

All platform materials, branding, software systems, and AI-generated educational content are owned by Premie Insight, LLC.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without permission.

Service Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Termination

Premie Insight may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months
• We are not liable for decisions based on AI-generated educational content
• The App is provided “as is” without warranties

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premie Insight, LLC against claims arising from:

• misuse of the App
• violation of these terms
• uploading prohibited information
• reliance on AI content in clinical contexts

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
